Architectural control (ACC) requests are submitted through your resident portal at resident.smartwebs.com. Your association’s own website carries its guidelines and any forms it requires.

Good news! You do not need to register yourself as a new user or homeowner. We receive paperwork back from the title company within 2 weeks of closing, and a welcome packet will be emailed to you, along with an email to set the password for your resident portal. Your username will be the email address you shared with the title company.
